Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave-safe?

Yes! Our mugs are both dishwasher and microwave-safe.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Each piece of pottery is handmade and hand-painted. This means there will be slight variations from piece to piece. If you order multiple mugs, you may notice they aren't exactly the same height, width, or pattern placement. This is completely normal and part of the beauty of handmade pottery.

How long will my order take to ship?

Please allow 5–10 business days for your order to be packed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to love your order. If there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

What if my mug arrives broken?

We take great care in packing each order, but accidents can happen during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at matrilinecreative@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will happily issue a refund or replacement, depending on availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship worldwide.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Will you restock sold-out items?

All of our collections are produced in limited quantities. While some designs may return in the future, we cannot guarantee if or when a sold-out item will be restocked.

Do you take custom orders?

No, we are not currently accepting custom orders.
